षष्ठस्तु चेतना नाम मन इत्यभिधीयते।
सप्तमी तु भवेद् बुद्धिरहंकारस्तत: परम्॥ १९॥

इन पाँचों तत्त्वों के अतिरिक्त छठा तत्त्व चित्त है, इसे मन कहते हैं। सातवाँ तत्त्व बुद्धि है और उसके बाद आठवाँ अहंकार है।॥19॥
Apart from these five elements, the sixth element is Chitta; this is called mind. The seventh element is intellect and after that the eighth is ego.॥19॥
