द्विजश्रेष्ठ! जब बंधनकारी कर्मों का भोग पूरा हो जाता है और मनुष्य शुभ कर्मों से शुद्ध हो जाता है, तब वह तप और योग का अभ्यास करने लगता है। अतः अनेक शुभ कर्मों के फलस्वरूप वह उत्तम लोकों का भोग प्राप्त करता है। 38-39॥
Dwijshreshtha! When the enjoyment of the binding deeds is completed and a person becomes purified through good deeds, then he starts penance and yoga. Therefore, as a result of many good deeds, he gets the enjoyment of the best worlds. 38-39॥
