पुण्यात्मा पुरुष पुण्य कर्म करते हैं और अधम पुरुष पाप करते हैं। यहाँ मनुष्य के कर्म उसके पीछे-पीछे चलते हैं और उन्हीं से प्रभावित होकर वह दूसरा जन्म लेता है॥28॥
Virtuous men perform pious deeds and vile men indulge in sins. Here the deeds performed by a man follow him and influenced by them he takes another birth.॥ 28॥
