न जीवनाशोऽस्ति हि देहभेदे
मिथ्यैतदाहुर्म्रियते किलेति।

| धर्मव्याधान ने कहा- ब्रह्मन्! शरीर के नष्ट हो जाने पर आत्मा का नाश नहीं होता। मनुष्यों का यह कथन कि 'आत्मा मर जाती है' मिथ्या है, अपितु आत्मा इस शरीर को छोड़कर दूसरे शरीर में जाती है। शरीर के पाँच तत्त्वों का पाँच पृथक् तत्त्वों में मिल जाना ही उसका नाश कहलाता है। 26॥ |
