ज्ञानान्वितेषु युक्तेषु शास्त्रज्ञेषु कृतात्मसु।
न तेषु सज्जते स्नेह: पद्मपत्रेष्विवोदकम्॥ ३३॥

जो ज्ञानी, योग में पारंगत, वैज्ञानिक और मन को वश में करने वाले हैं, वे आसक्ति से उसी प्रकार प्रभावित नहीं होते, जैसे कमल के पत्ते पर जल नहीं ठहरता॥33॥
‘Those who are knowledgeable, well-versed in yoga, scientists and those who have control over the mind, they are not affected by attachment in the same way as water does not stay on a lotus leaf. 33॥
