ऋषि ने कहा, "पूछो।" तब उसने कहा, "प्रभु! हम सब दीर्घायु और सर्वगुण संपन्न होने के कारण सदैव सुखी रहते हैं। हम चारों को स्वर्ग जाना है, जहाँ हम दीर्घकाल तक सुख भोग सकते हैं, किन्तु वहाँ से सबसे पहले इस पृथ्वी पर कौन उतरेगा?" ॥4॥
‘The sage said, “Ask.” Then he said, “Lord! All of us are always happy because of our long life and being endowed with all virtues. We four have to go to heaven, where we can enjoy for a long time, but who will come down to this earth first from there?” The sage said, “Ashtak will come down first.”॥ 4॥
