उस दिन उनके यहाँ मंगलपाठ हो रहा था। राजा के पास एक ऐसा रथ था जो पर्वत, आकाश और समुद्र आदि दुर्गम स्थानों पर भी आसानी से जा सकता था। उसका नाम 'पुष्परथ' था। मैं इसी उद्देश्य से राजा के यहाँ गया था। जब ब्राह्मणों ने मंगलपाठ समाप्त किया, तब राजा ने ब्राह्मणों को अपना रथ दिखाया॥13॥
‘That day, the recitation of blessings was going on at his place. The king had a chariot that could easily travel to and fro even the most inaccessible places like mountains, sky and sea. Its name was ‘Pushparatha’. I had gone to the king’s place for that very purpose. When the Brahmins finished reciting the blessings, the king showed his chariot to the Brahmins.॥ 13॥
