जो प्रतिदिन अतिथियों को भोजन कराकर बचे हुए अन्न से काम चलाता है, उसे अतिथि ब्राह्मण द्वारा प्रतिदिन खाए गए भोजन के कौर के बराबर हजार गौओं के दान का पुण्य प्राप्त होता है और उसके द्वारा युवावस्था में किए गए समस्त पाप अवश्य ही नष्ट हो जाते हैं ॥ 34-35॥
One who daily gives food to guests and makes do with the leftover food, the donor gets the merit of donating as many thousand cows as the number of mouthfuls of his food that the guest Brahmin eats daily. And all the sins committed by him in his youth are certainly destroyed. ॥ 34-35॥
