अर्थलोभान्नरव्याघ्र तथा च ब्रह्मचारिण:॥ ४७॥
आश्रमेषु वृथाचारा: पानपा गुरुतल्पगा:।
इह लौकिकमीहन्ते मांसशोणितवर्धनम्॥ ४८॥
अनुवाद
हे पुरुषोत्तम! धन के लोभ से ब्रह्मचारी भी आश्रमों में अहंकारी आचरण अपनाएँगे, मदिरापान करेंगे तथा गुरुपत्नी के साथ सहवास करेंगे। लोग शरीर में मांस-रक्त बढ़ाने वाले सांसारिक कार्यों में लगे रहेंगे।
O best of men! Due to greed for money, even brahmacaris will adopt arrogant conduct in ashrams and will drink alcohol and have sexual relations with their Guru's wife. People will remain engaged in worldly activities that increase the flesh and blood of their bodies.
