छली, पापी और असत्यवादी आन्ध्र, शक, पुलिन्द, यवन, कम्बोज, बाह्लीक और पराक्रमी आभीर इस देश के राजा होंगे। हे पुरुषश्रेष्ठ! उस समय कोई भी ब्राह्मण अपने धर्म के अनुसार जीविका नहीं चलाएगा। 35-36।
The deceitful, sinful and untruthful Andhras, Shakas, Pulindas, Yavanas, Kambojas, Bahlikas and the valiant Abhiras will be the kings of this country. O best of men! At that time, no Brahmin will be earning his livelihood according to his religion. 35-36.
