परन्तु वास्तव में वे सब भुने हुए जौ के समान हैं, फल देने में असमर्थ, बहुत से छिद्रों वाले उपलों के समान हैं, जो हिंसा से प्राप्त होते हैं अर्थात् मांस के समान अशुद्ध, सत्वहीन सूखी सब्जियों के समान और खीर के समान, स्वादिष्ट प्रतीत होने पर भी कीचड़ के समान मन में अशुद्धि उत्पन्न करने वाले हैं। रेत के कणों के समान वे एक दूसरे से अलग होकर ब्रह्माण्ड रूपी बाँस की शाखाओं में प्रवाहित होते हैं। ॥29॥
But in reality, all of them are like roasted barley, incapable of bearing fruits, like dung cakes having many holes, which can be obtained by violence i.e. impure like meat, like dry vegetables devoid of essence and like kheer, even though they seem tasty, they cause impurity in the mind like mud. Like the particles of sand, they are separated from each other and flow in the branches of the bamboo tree which is like the universe. ॥ 29॥
