पतता हि विमानाग्रॺान्मया शक्रासनाद् द्रुतम्।
कुरु शापान्तमित्युक्तो भगवान् मुनिसत्तम:॥ १८॥
अनुवाद
'जब मैं इन्द्र के सिंहासन से गिरा दिया गया और उत्तम विमान से तेजी से नीचे गिर रहा था, उस समय मैंने महामुनि भगवान अगस्त्य से प्रार्थना की, 'हे प्रभु! कृपया मेरे शाप का अंत कर दीजिए।'
'When I was ousted from the throne of Indra and was rapidly falling down from the excellent plane, at that time I prayed to the great sage Lord Agastya, 'O Lord! Please put an end to my curse.'
