इदं वृतं निवासाय देवेभ्यश्चाभयं युधि॥ २९॥ |

| उन्होंने अत्यन्त घोर तपस्या करके पितामह ब्रह्माजी को प्रसन्न किया और उनसे रहने के लिए यह नगर माँगा। उन्होंने यह भी माँगा कि 'युद्ध में देवताओं से हमें भय न हो'॥29॥ |
