कुंतीपुत्र युधिष्ठिर, जो अत्यन्त पराक्रमी थे, अर्जुन को देवराज के पास विनम्रतापूर्वक बैठे देखकर अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हुए। अर्जुन के सिर पर जटाएँ थीं। वह देवराज की आज्ञा के अनुसार तपस्या में लीन रहते थे, अतः वे पूर्णतः निष्पाप हो गए थे। अर्जुन को देखकर वे अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हुए। 10-11
Yudhishthira, the son of Kunti, who was very powerful, was very pleased to see Arjuna sitting humbly near the king of gods. Arjuna's head was tied with matted hair. He used to remain engaged in penance as per the orders of the king of gods; hence he had become completely sinless. He was very happy to see Arjuna. 10-11.
