पांडवों ने कोषाध्यक्ष कुबेर द्वारा पाले गए घोड़ों के विशाल समूह और महाबली एवं प्रियदर्शन कुबेर को यक्षों और राक्षसों से घिरा हुआ भी देखा। यह देखकर उनके शरीर रोमांचित हो उठे। दूसरी ओर, कुबेर भी धनुष-तलवार धारण किए हुए पांडवपुत्रों, पराक्रमी योद्धाओं को देखकर अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए। कुबेर देवताओं का कार्य सिद्ध करना चाहते थे, इसलिए वे मन ही मन पांडवों पर अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए। 30-32
The Pandavas also saw the huge group of horses reared by the treasurer Kubera and the great and priyadarshan Kubera surrounded by the Yakshas and demons. Their bodies were thrilled to see this. On the other hand, Kubera too was very pleased to see the powerful warriors, the sons of Pandava, carrying their bows and swords. Kubera wanted to accomplish the task of the gods, so he was very pleased with the Pandavas in his heart. 30-32.
