एवं शास्त्रेषु भिन्नेषु बहुधा नीयते क्रिया।
तपोदानप्रवृत्ता च राजसी भवति प्रजा॥ २९॥

इस प्रकार भिन्न-भिन्न शास्त्रों के होने से उनके द्वारा निर्दिष्ट कर्मों में बहुत भेद हो जाते हैं और लोग तप और दान- इन दो ही धर्मों में प्रवृत्त होकर राजसी हो जाते हैं ॥29॥
In this way, due to the existence of different scriptures, there are many differences in the deeds prescribed by them, and the people become royal by engaging in only two religions – austerity and charity. ॥ 29॥
