यह योग नामक धर्म, जो मन को ईश्वर में स्थिर करके उसके साथ एकता प्राप्त करने में सहायक है, सत्ययुग का द्योतक है। सत्ययुग में चारों वर्णों वाला यह सनातन धर्म अपने चारों चरणों सहित पूर्ण रूप में विद्यमान था॥ 22॥
This religion called Yoga, which helps one to establish one's thoughts in God and achieve unity with Him, is indicative of the Satya Yuga. In the Satya Yuga, this Sanatan Dharma of the four Varnas was present in its complete form with all its four stages.॥ 22॥
