फलमूलाशनैर्दान्तैश्चारुकृष्णाजिनाम्बरै:॥ ३२॥
सूर्यवैश्वानरसमैस्तपसा भावितात्मभि:।
महर्षिभिर्मोक्षपरैर्यतिभिर्नियतेन्द्रियै:॥ ३३॥
ब्रह्मभूतैर्महाभागैरुपेतं ब्रह्मवादिभि:।
सोऽभ्यगच्छन्महातेजास्तानृषीन् प्रयत: शुचि:॥ ३४॥
भ्रातृभि: सहितो धीमान् धर्मपुत्रो युधिष्ठिर:।
दिव्यज्ञानोपपन्नास्ते दृष्ट्वा प्राप्तं युधिष्ठिरम्॥ ३५॥
अभ्यगच्छन्त सुप्रीता: सर्व एव महर्षय:।
आशीर्वादान् प्रयुञ्जाना: स्वाध्यायनिरता भृशम्॥ ३६॥
प्रीतास्ते तस्य सत्कारं विधिना पावकोपमा:।
उपाजह्रुश्च सलिलं पुष्पमूलफलं शुचि॥ ३७॥ | | | | | | अनुवाद | | वह भव्य आश्रम अवर्णनीय था। भक्ति के अनुष्ठानों ने उसकी शोभा बढ़ा दी थी। उस आश्रम में एक महामुनि, मोक्ष में तत्पर, इन्द्रिय संयमी, महाभाग्यशाली ब्रह्मवादी ब्रह्मभूत महात्मा, जो फल-मूल पर रहने वाले, काले मृगचर्म वाले, इन्द्रिय-सम्पन्न, अग्नि और सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी तथा तपस्वी हृदय वाले थे, निवास करते थे। महाज्ञानी धर्मपुत्र युधिष्ठिर, शुद्ध और एकाग्रचित्त होकर अपने भाइयों के साथ आश्रम में रहने वाले उन महात्माओं के पास गए। युधिष्ठिर को आश्रम में आया देखकर दिव्य ज्ञान से संपन्न सभी महर्षि अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए और उनसे मिलकर उन्हें अनेक आशीर्वाद देने लगे। वे महात्मा जो वेदों के स्वाध्याय में सदैव तत्पर रहते थे और अग्नि के समान तेजस्वी थे, प्रसन्न होकर युधिष्ठिर का यथोचित आदर-सत्कार किया और उन्हें पवित्र फल, मूल, पुष्प और जल आदि भेंट किए। 32-37॥ | | | | That magnificent ashram was indescribable. The rituals of devotional service enhanced its beauty. In that ashram, a great sage, a saint devoted to salvation, having self-control of senses and a great fortunate Brahmavadi Brahmabhoot Mahatma, who lived on fruits and roots, had black deer skin, had senses, as bright as fire and the sun, and had an ascetic-like heart, resided in that ashram. Yudhishthir, the son of the great and intelligent Dharma, being pure and concentrated, went with his brothers to those great sages living in the ashram. Seeing Yudhishthira coming to the ashram, all the great sages endowed with divine knowledge became very happy and met him and started giving him many blessings.
