सातों यूपों में से प्रत्येक पर सात शालाएँ थीं। युधिष्ठिर! उन यज्ञों में चमकते हुए स्वर्णमय यूप स्वयं इंद्र तथा अन्य देवताओं द्वारा स्थापित किए गए थे। राजा गय के उन उत्तम यज्ञों में सोमपान करके तथा बहुत-सी दक्षिणा पाकर इंद्र अत्यंत प्रसन्न हुए थे। ब्राह्मणों को दक्षिणा में जो अपार धन प्राप्त हुआ, उसकी गणना नहीं की जा सकती थी। 6-8।
Each of the seven yupas had seven 'shaalas' on it. Yudhishthira! The shining golden yupas in those yagnas were erected by Indra and other gods themselves. In those excellent yagnas of King Gaya, Indra became very happy after drinking Soma and receiving a lot of dakshina. The huge amount of money received by the Brahmins in dakshina could not be counted. 6-8.
