उस समय समस्त देवतागण अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हुए। महर्षिगण भी बड़े हर्ष से भगवान इन्द्र की स्तुति करने लगे। तत्पश्चात् समस्त देवताओं ने मिलकर वृत्रासुर के वध से कुपित हुए समस्त दैत्यों का तत्काल संहार कर दिया॥17॥
At that time all the gods were very happy. Maharshigan also started praising Lord Indra with great joy. After that, all the gods together immediately killed all the demons who were enraged by the killing of Vritrasura. 17॥
