वस्त्रमापस्तिलान् भूमिं गन्धो वासयते यथा।
पुष्पाणामधिवासेन तथा संसर्गजा गुणा:॥ २४॥
अनुवाद
जैसे पुष्पों की सुगंध से वस्त्र, जल, तिल और भूमि सुगन्धित हो जाते हैं, वैसे ही संसर्ग से उत्पन्न गुण भी अपना प्रभाव डालते हैं ॥24॥
Just as the fragrance of flowers makes clothes, water, sesame seeds and land fragrant when one is in contact with them, similarly the qualities arising from contact also have their effect. ॥ 24॥
