उपात्तधनधान्यानि हृतसाराणि सर्वश:॥
रजसाप्यवकीर्णानि परित्यक्तानि दैवतै:।
मूषकै: परिधावद्भिरुद्बिलैरावृतानि च॥
अपेतोदकधूमानि हीनसम्मार्जनानि च।
प्रणष्टबलिकर्मेज्यामन्त्रहोमजपानि च॥
दुष्कालेनेव भग्नानि भिन्नभाजनवन्ति च।
अस्मत्त्यक्तानि वेश्मानि सौबल: प्रतिपद्यताम्॥ | | | | | | अनुवाद | | हमें अपने घरों में गड़ा हुआ खजाना निकाल लेना चाहिए। आँगन की ज़मीन खोद लेनी चाहिए। सारा धन-धान्य अपने साथ ले जाना चाहिए। सभी आवश्यक वस्तुओं को हटा देना चाहिए। इन घरों में धूल भर देनी चाहिए। देवता इन घरों को छोड़कर भाग जाएँ। चूहे अपने बिलों से निकलकर इन घरों में दौड़ने लगें। इन घरों में कभी आग न लगे, न पानी, न झाड़ू-पोंछा लगे। यहाँ बलिवैश्वदेव, यज्ञ, मंत्र पाठ, होम और जप बंद हो जाने चाहिए। मानो कोई भयंकर अकाल पड़ा हो, ये सभी घर इसी प्रकार ढह जाएँ। इन घरों में टूटे-फूटे बर्तन बिखेर दिए जाएँ और हम उन्हें हमेशा के लिए छोड़ दें - ऐसी स्थिति में छल करने वाला सुबलपुत्र शकुनि आकर इन घरों पर अधिकार कर ले। | | | | We should take out the buried treasure of our houses. Dig up the floor of the courtyard. Take all the wealth and grains with us. Remove all the essential items. Let dust fill these houses. The gods should leave these houses and run away. Rats should come out of their holes and start running around these houses. There should never be fire in these houses, nor water, nor should sweeping be done. Here, Balivaishvadeva, yajna, mantra paath, homa and japa should stop. As if there has been a severe famine, all these houses should collapse in this manner. Broken utensils should be scattered in these houses and we should leave them forever - in such a condition, the deceitful Subalputra Shakuni should come and take over these houses. | |
