जातं जातं पाण्डवेभ्य: पुष्पमादत्स्व भारत॥ १५॥
मालाकार इवारामे स्नेहं कुर्वन् पुन: पुन:। | | | | | | अनुवाद | | अन्यथा, उन पक्षियों को मारने वाले राजा की तरह तुम्हें भी मोह के कारण पश्चाताप करना पड़ेगा। यह छल तुम्हारा विनाश उसी प्रकार करेगा, जैसे बाँसुरी का काँटा निगलने से मछली नष्ट हो जाती है। हे भरतवंशी रत्न! जैसे माली बगीचे के वृक्षों को बार-बार सींचता रहता है और समय-समय पर उनमें खिले हुए फूलों को भी तोड़ता रहता है, उसी प्रकार तुम भी पाण्डवों के वृक्षों को प्रेम के जल से सींचते रहो और उनमें उगने वाले धनरूपी पुष्पों को ग्रहण करते रहो॥15 1/2॥ | | | | Otherwise, like the king who killed those birds, you too will have to repent due to attachment.
