चीन, शक, ओड्र, वनवासी बर्बर, वार्ष्णेय, हर, हूण, कृष्ण, हिमालय प्रदेश, नीप और अनूप देशों के अनेक राजा वहाँ भेंट देने आए थे, किन्तु रोके जाने पर द्वार पर खड़े थे। उन्होंने नाना प्रकार के आकार-प्रकार के दस हजार गधे भेंट में दिए थे, जिनकी गर्दन काली और शरीर विशाल थे, जो सौ मील तक लगातार दौड़ सकते थे। वे सभी प्रशिक्षित और सब दिशाओं में प्रसिद्ध थे॥23-25॥
Various kings of China, Shak, Odra, forest dwelling barbarians, Varshney, Har, Hun, Krishna, Himalayan region, Neep and Anup countries had come there to offer gifts, but were standing at the door as they were stopped. They had presented ten thousand donkeys of various shapes as gifts, whose necks were black and bodies were huge, which could run continuously for a hundred miles.
