उन्होंने दस अश्वमेध यज्ञ किए और सरयू के तट पर स्थित जारुधि क्षेत्र को बाधाओं से मुक्त कर दिया। श्री रामचंद्रजी के शासनकाल में कभी कोई अप्रिय घटना सुनने को नहीं मिली। उस समय प्राणियों की अकाल मृत्यु नहीं होती थी और धन आदि की रक्षा के लिए किसी को भय नहीं होता था। संसार के प्राणी जल, अग्नि आदि से नहीं डरते थे। विधवाओं का करुण क्रंदन नहीं सुनाई देता था और स्त्रियाँ अनाथ नहीं होती थीं।
He performed ten Ashvamedha Yagyas and made Jarudhi region on the banks of Saryu free from obstacles. No untoward incident was ever heard during the reign of Shri Ramchandraji. At that time, there was no untimely death of living beings and no one had to fear for the protection of wealth etc. The living beings of the world were not afraid of water, fire etc. The pitiful cries of widows were not heard and women were not orphaned.
