जैसे समुद्र अपने तट को पार नहीं करता, वैसे ही अग्निदेव भी सहदेव को पार करके उसकी सेना में प्रवेश नहीं कर पाए। कुरुवंश को आनंदित करने वाले नरदेव धीरे-धीरे सहदेव के पास आए और उसे सांत्वना देते हुए ये वचन कहे- 'कौर्य! उठो, उठो, मैंने तुम्हारी परीक्षा ले ली है। मैं तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे पुत्र युधिष्ठिर के अभिप्राय को पूरी तरह जानता हूँ।'
Just as the ocean does not cross its shore, similarly Agnidev did not cross Sahadeva and enter his army. The god of men who brought joy to the Kuru clan came slowly to Sahadeva and said these words while consoling him- 'Kaurya! Get up, get up, I have tested you. I know the complete intentions of you and your son Yudhishthira.
