जित्वा च तान् महाभागान् करे च विनिवेश्य स:॥
रत्नान्यादाय दिव्यानि भूषणैर्वसनै: सह।
उदीचीमथ राजेन्द्र ययौ पार्थो मुदान्वित:॥
अनुवाद
तत्पश्चात् अर्जुन ने उस देश के निवासियों को युद्ध में जीतकर उन पर कर लगाया और फिर उन भाग्यशाली लोगों को उस देश का शासक बना दिया। तत्पश्चात् अर्जुन वस्त्राभूषणों सहित दिव्य रत्नों का दान लेकर वहाँ से प्रसन्नतापूर्वक उत्तर दिशा की ओर चले।
Thereafter Arjuna conquered the inhabitants of that country in a war, imposed taxes on them and then made those fortunate people the rulers of that country. Then Arjuna happily moved towards the north from there after taking gifts of divine gems along with clothes and ornaments.
