चित्रहस्तादिकं कृत्वा कक्षाबन्धं च चक्रतु:।
गलगण्डाभिघातेन सस्फुलिङ्गेन चाशनिम्॥ १३॥
अनुवाद
कभी वे अपने हाथों को बहुत तेजी से भींचते, कभी फैलाते, कभी ऊपर-नीचे चलाते और कभी मुट्ठियाँ भींच लेते। इस प्रकार चित्रा हस्त आदि चालें दिखाकर वे दोनों कृशबंध का प्रयोग करते, अर्थात् एक-दूसरे की बगलों या कमर में दोनों हाथ डालकर उन्हें बाँधने का प्रयत्न करते। फिर वे गर्दन और गालों पर इस प्रकार प्रहार करने लगते कि अग्नि की चिंगारियाँ निकलने लगतीं और वज्र के समान शब्द होने लगता।॥13॥
Sometimes they would squeeze their hands very fast, sometimes spread them, sometimes move them up and down and sometimes clench their fists. In this way, after showing the Chitra Hast etc. moves, both of them used Krsabandh i.e. they tried to bind their opponent by putting both hands on each other's armpits or waist. Then they started hitting the neck and cheeks in such a way that sparks of fire started coming out and a sound like thunderbolt started coming.॥13॥
