महाराज! जो अपने शत्रुओं को परास्त करने की प्रवृत्ति रखता है, वह सब प्रकार से श्रेष्ठ क्षत्रिय है। यदि बलवान पुरुष सर्वगुणहीन भी हो, तो भी वह अपने शत्रुओं के संकटों पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकता है॥ 10॥
Maharaj! One who has the inclination to defeat his enemies is the best Kshatriya in every way. Even if a strong man is devoid of all qualities, he can still overcome the troubles of his enemies.॥ 10॥
