'उस यज्ञ का समय क्षत्रसम्पति अर्थात् सेना आदि के अधीन है। उसमें उत्तम व्रत का पालन करने वाले ब्राह्मण सामवेद के मन्त्रों का उच्चारण करके अग्नि की स्थापना के लिए छः अग्निवेदियों का निर्माण करते हैं। 23॥
'The time of that Yagya is under the control of Kshatrasampatti i.e. army etc. In that, the Brahmins who observe the best fast build six fire altars for the establishment of fire by chanting the mantras of Samveda. 23॥
