पारिषदै: परिवृतमुपायान्तं महेश्वरम्॥ ३६॥
सदा हि देवदेवेशं शिवं त्रैलोक्यभावनम्।
प्रणम्य मूर्ध्ना पौलस्त्यो बहुरूपमुमापतिम्॥ ३७॥
ततोऽभ्यनुज्ञां सम्प्राप्य महादेवाद् धनेश्वर:।
आस्ते कदाचिद् भगवान् भवो धनपते: सखा॥ ३८॥
अनुवाद
अन्य दैत्य और पिशाच भी धनदाता कुबेर की पूजा करते हैं। जब तीनों लोकों के स्वामी, अनेक रूप वाले, मंगलमय और धन-धान्य प्रदान करने वाले भगवान महेश्वर अपने दरबारियों से घिरे हुए उस सभा में आते हैं, तब पुलस्त्यनंदन कोषाध्यक्ष कुबेर उनके चरणों में सिर झुकाकर उनकी अनुमति लेकर उनके पास बैठते हैं। यह उनका नित्य नियम है। कुबेर के मित्र भगवान शंकर कभी-कभी उस सभा में पधारते हैं।
Other demons and vampires also worship Kubera, the giver of wealth. When Lord Maheshwar, the lord of all the three worlds, the one who has many forms, the one who is auspicious and the one who is the bestower of wealth, arrives in that assembly, surrounded by his courtiers, then Pulastyanandan, the treasurer Kubera bows his head at his feet and takes his permission and sits beside him. This is his constant rule. Lord Shankar, the friend of Kubera, sometimes visits that assembly.
