उस सभा में ब्रह्मर्षि, देवर्षि तथा अन्य ऋषिगण उपस्थित हैं। उनके अतिरिक्त अनेक राक्षस तथा महाबली गंधर्व भी वहाँ जगत के रक्षक महात्मा धनद की आराधना करते हैं।
