चौथे पारण में वाजपेय यज्ञ का फल प्राप्त होता है और पाँचवें पारण में दुगुना फल प्राप्त होता है। वह मनुष्य उगते हुए सूर्य और प्रज्वलित अग्नि के समान तेजस्वी विमान पर सवार होकर देवताओं के साथ स्वर्ग को जाता है और वहाँ दस हजार वर्षों तक इन्द्र भवन में सुख भोगता है।
