अतः यज्ञों द्वारा देवताओं की पूजा करके सनातन प्राणी अन्य लोकों में जाने की शक्ति प्राप्त करते हैं। जो यज्ञ नहीं करते, वे सनातन नहीं हो सकते। ये पाँच भौतिक तत्त्व सनातन हैं और आत्मा भी सनातन है। ऐसी स्थिति में जो मनुष्य नाना प्रकार के शरीरों से आत्मा का संबंध और उनके जन्म-मरण के कारण आत्मा का जन्म-मरण समझता है, उसकी बुद्धि व्यर्थ है। इसी प्रकार जो मनुष्य किसी के वियोग में बहुत शोक करता है, वह भी मेरे मत में बालक ही है। ॥13-14॥
Therefore, by worshipping the gods through sacrifices, eternal beings attain the power to go to other worlds. Those who do not perform sacrifices cannot become so. These five physical elements are eternal and so is the soul. In such a condition, the person who understands the relation of the soul with various types of bodies and the birth and death of the soul due to their birth and death, his wisdom is futile. Similarly, the person who grieves a lot on separation from someone is also a child in my opinion. ॥13-14॥
