लोभ और मोह के वशीभूत होकर वह संग्रह करने की प्रवृत्ति अपनाता है। वह कंजूसी से धन इकट्ठा करने की सोचता है। फिर बुद्धि को मलिन करने वाले पापकर्मों द्वारा लोगों को उद्विग्न करता है।॥30॥
Under the influence of greed and attachment, he adopts the mindset of hoarding. He miserly thinks of collecting money. Then he puts people into agitation by sinful acts which defile the intellect.॥ 30॥
