‘वसु नामक देवताओं ने महान् गंगाजी के तट पर एकत्र होकर स्नान करके भागीरथी की सलाह से ये भयंकर वचन कहे-॥13॥
‘The gods named Vasus, after gathering on the banks of the great river Ganga and bathing, with the advice of Bhagirathi spoke these terrifying words -॥ 13॥
