विचार करना मन का लक्षण है और निश्चय बुद्धि का लक्षण है; क्योंकि इस संसार में मनुष्य मन द्वारा विचारित बातों का निश्चय बुद्धि से ही करता है। निश्चय से ही बुद्धि को ज्ञान होता है; इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं है। ॥24 1/2॥
Thinking is the characteristic of the mind and certainty is the characteristic of the intellect; because in this world, man decides about the things thought about by the mind only with the intellect. It is only through certainty that the intellect comes to know; there is no doubt in this. ॥24 1/2॥
