शब्द, स्पर्श, रूप, रस और पाँचवाँ गन्ध तथा उनको ग्रहण करने की क्रियाएँ - ये कारण से (अर्थात् सूक्ष्म मनस्वरूप होने के कारण) नित्य हैं; अतएव प्रलयकाल में इनमें भी लय नहीं होती। जो (स्थूल पदार्थ) अनित्य हैं, वे मोहक नाम से कहे गए हैं॥6॥
Sound, touch, form, taste and the fifth smell and the activities of absorbing them – these are eternal due to reason (i.e. due to being in the form of subtle mind); Hence, they also do not have rhythm in the time of doomsday. Those (gross substances) which are impermanent are called by the name of Mohaka. 6॥
