कश्यप बोले - यदि किसी एक मनुष्य को इस पृथ्वी पर चावल, जौ, स्वर्ण, गौ और स्त्रियाँ सब मिल जाएँ, तो भी उसकी तृप्ति नहीं होगी; ऐसा विचार करके विद्वान पुरुष को अपने मन की प्यास को शांत करना चाहिए ॥40॥
Kasyapa said, "Even if any one man gets all the rice, barley, gold, cattle and women on this earth, he would still not be satisfied; thinking this, a learned man should pacify the thirst of his mind." ॥ 40॥
