गौतम उवाच
अधीत्य वेदांस्त्यजतु त्रीनग्नीनपविध्यतु।
विक्रीणातु तथा सोमं बिसस्तैन्यं करोति य:॥ १२२॥
अनुवाद
गौतम बोले - जिसने कमल चुराया है, वह वेदों को पढ़कर त्याग देने, तीनों अग्नियों को त्याग देने और सोमरस को बेचने के पाप का भागी होगा ॥122॥
Gautama said: He who stole the lotus will be guilty of the sin of abandoning the Vedas after reading them, of abandoning the three fires and of selling the Soma juice.॥ 122॥
