| इन नीच ब्राह्मणों को तो वंश से बाहर ही रखना चाहिए। जो मूर्ख ब्राह्मण शूद्रों को वेदों का उपदेश देते हैं, वे भी अपंकतेय (वंश से बाहर) हैं॥17॥ |
