अप्रतिग्राहके किं च फलं लोके पितामह।
तस्य किं च फलं दृष्टं श्रुतं यस्तु प्रयच्छति॥ ४॥
अनुवाद
पितामह! इस संसार में दान न लेने वाले को क्या फल मिलता है? तथा वेदों का ज्ञान देने वाले को क्या फल देखा गया है?॥4॥
Grandfather! What reward does one get who does not accept gifts in this world? And what reward has been seen for one who imparts the knowledge of the Vedas? ॥ 4॥
