यज्ञ के लिए भूमि जोतते समय देवताओं ने भी बैलों को लाठी आदि से हांका था। अतः प्रथम यज्ञ के लिए ही यज्ञ करना या बैलों को हांकना शुभ माना गया है। अन्य किसी भी कार्य के लिए बैलों को लाठी आदि से हांकना या यज्ञ करना निन्दनीय है।॥9॥
Even the gods drove the oxen with sticks etc. while ploughing the land for the yajna. Hence, it is considered auspicious to yajna or drive the oxen for the first yajna only. It is condemnable to yajna or drive the oxen with sticks etc. for any other work.॥9॥
