सोऽयं कृत्स्नो ब्राह्मणार्थो राजार्थश्चाप्यसंशय:।
राजा हि धर्मकुशल: प्रथमं भूतिलक्षणम्॥ ४०॥

यह सम्पूर्ण कथा ब्राह्मणों और क्षत्रियों के लिए है। इसमें संशय नहीं है; क्योंकि यदि राजा धर्म में कुशल हो, तो यही प्रजा की समृद्धि (वैभव) का पहला लक्षण है ॥40॥
This entire story is for Brahmins and Kshatriyas. There is no doubt about this; because if the king is skilled in Dharma, this is the first sign that indicates the prosperity (splendor) of the subjects. ॥ 40॥
