जो मनुष्य जोती, बोई और काटी हुई फसल से भरी हुई भूमि का एक टुकड़ा दान करता है अथवा अपने लिए एक बड़ा मकान बनवाता है, उसकी सभी इच्छाएँ पूरी हो जाती हैं ॥31॥
A person who donates a piece of land filled with ploughed, sown and harvested crops, or gets a large house built for him, all his desires are fulfilled. ॥ 31॥
