यदृच्छयोपसम्पन्नैर्यज्ञसाधुबहिष्कृतै:।
बाह्या बाह्यैश्च जायन्ते यथावृत्ति यथाश्रयम्॥ ३१॥ |

| जो लोग जाति का विचार न करके अपनी इच्छा से अन्य जातियों की स्त्रियों के साथ मैथुन करते हैं और जो यज्ञ करने के अधिकार से वंचित हैं, तथा साधु पुरुषों से भी वंचित हैं, ऐसे जाति से बाहर के पुरुषों से ही संकर संतानें उत्पन्न होती हैं और वे अपनी इच्छानुसार कार्य करते हैं तथा भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार की जीविका और आश्रय अपनाते हैं॥31॥ |
