अगम्यागमनाच्चैव जायते वर्णसंकर:।
बाह्यानामनुजायन्ते सैरन्ध्रॺां मागधेषु च।
प्रसाधनोपचारज्ञमदासं दासजीवनम्॥ १९॥ |

| अविवाहित स्त्री के साथ सहवास करने से संकर संतान उत्पन्न होती है। यदि मगध जाति की सैरंध्री स्त्रियों का अन्य जाति के पुरुषों के साथ सहवास हो, तो उससे उत्पन्न पुत्र राजाओं के समान पुरुषों को सजाने तथा अंगराग लगाने आदि की सेवाओं का जानकार होगा और दास न होते हुए भी दासता का जीवन व्यतीत करने में समर्थ होगा। 19॥ |
