भीष्मजी बोले - युधिष्ठिर ! ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय और वैश्य - ये तीन वर्ण द्विजाति कहलाते हैं; अतः ब्राह्मणों का विवाह इन्हीं तीन वर्णों में धर्मपूर्वक विहित है ॥7॥
Bhishmaji said – Yudhishthir! Brahmin, Kshatriya and Vaishya – these three castes are called double caste; Therefore, marriage of Brahmins is religiously prescribed only in these three varnas. 7॥
