जो राजा होकर भी अपनी प्रजा की रक्षा नहीं करते तथा अपनी आय का छठा भाग कर के रूप में हड़प लेते हैं, तथा जो सामर्थ्यवान होकर भी दान नहीं देते, वे भी निस्संदेह नरक में जाते हैं। 80.
Those who, despite being kings, do not protect their subjects and usurp one-sixth of their income in the form of taxes, and those who, despite being capable, do not give charity, will also undoubtedly go to hell. 80.
