निरोङ्कारेण यद् भुक्तं सशस्त्रेण च भारत।
दुरात्मना च यद् भुक्तं तं भागं रक्षसां विदु:॥ ७॥ |

| हे भारतपुत्र! जो अन्न किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति ने खाया हो जिसे खाने की आज्ञा न दी गई हो, अथवा जिसे प्रणव आदि वेदमंत्रों के अधिकारी न होने वाले शूद्र आदि ने खाया हो, अथवा जिसका उपयोग शस्त्रधारी या दुष्ट व्यक्ति ने किया हो, वह अन्न भी राक्षसों का भाग कहा गया है॥7॥ |

The food which has been eaten by a person who has not been given the permission to eat or which has been eaten by a Shudra etc. who are not entitled to the Vedic mantras like Pranava etc. or which has been used by a weapon-wielding or wicked person, that food is also said to be the share of demons. ॥ 7॥ |
